True North Wedding Coordination

Standard: $1,800 | Preferred Vendor: $1,500

Active operational service begins 30 days prior to your wedding day. Your Lead Navigator steps into full communication management with your booked vendor team, conducts the comprehensive venue walkthrough, audits partner contracts, and constructs the minute-by-minute master production timeline.

On your wedding day, your Lead Navigator commands the celebration deck for up to ten (10) consecutive on-site operational hours—directing vendor load-ins, guiding your ceremony processional, cueing reception events, and quietly resolving logistics behind the scenes.

Pre and Post Wedding Services
- Rehearsal Dinner Coordination (3 hours): $300
- Day-After Brunch Coordination (3 hours): $300

Design, Sourcing & Advisory

Logistics & Guest Management
- Hotel Block Arrangement & Management: $150 per hotel
- Couple-Only Private Transportation Coordination: $75

- RSVP & Seating Management: $150 (up to 100 guests) | $225 (101–175 guests) | $300 (176–250 guests) | $300 + $75 per 50 guests (251+ guests)

Standard Coverage & Overtime: Covers up to ten (10) consecutive on-site operational hours. Pre-scheduled extra hours (requested at least 14 calendar days prior) are billed at $100/hr. Unscheduled day-of overtime or hours worked past midnight (12:00 AM) are billed at $150/hr.

Complimentary Radius: Includes on-site travel up to a 50-mile one-way radius (up to 100 miles round-trip per day) from our Harford County, MD operational headquarters.

Extended Mileage: Venues beyond 50 miles one-way are billed per additional 25 miles: Lead Navigator ($75), Associate Navigator ($65), and Event Crew ($60). Highway tolls, bridge tolls, and mandatory parking or valet fees are billed directly at cost.

Mandatory Lodging Protection: Required for early morning call times (at or before 8:00 AM and ≥ 50 miles), late-night dismissals (at or after 11:00 PM and > 50 miles), or standard travel distances ≥ 75 miles / > 1.5 hours driving. Venues > 100 miles or with both early call and late dismissal require lodging for the night before and night of the wedding.
