Our Positions

Journey Concierge (Travel)

The dedicated guardian of the client’s in-transit experience. Journey Concierges handle the fine-grain touchpoints that elevate an itinerary into true luxury: securing high-demand culinary reservations, arranging private ground transfers and VIP meet-and-greets, liaising with boutique hotel concierges, monitoring real-time flight tracking via the Tern platform, and curating physical presentation travel portfolios prior to departure.

The strategic helm and principal advisor for our signature celebrations. This role directs the master creative vision, negotiates high-tier vendor partnerships, commands budget allocations, and leads client communications from initial concept to completion. On event day, the Lead Navigator holds absolute operational command, guiding the entire team with calm authority to deliver an effortless, unforgettable occasion.

Lead Navigator (Events)

Associate Navigator (Events)

The indispensable right hand translating creative concepts into disciplined logistical reality. This role audits vendor contracts, builds minute-by-minute run-of-shows, and directs site walkthroughs. On event days, they liaise across floral, catering, and production teams to keep transitions seamless.

Event Crew (Events)

The hands-on craft and poise behind every live celebration deck. Operating under our Navigators, Crew Specialists stage tablescapes, welcome guests, direct timeline cues, and manage quiet troubleshooting. They execute end-of-night strikes to keep every gathering spotless and elevated.
