Group Booking Terms & Conditions for Shara & Matt's Wedding

By booking your spot on Shara & Matt’s Wedding Cruise aboard the Oasis of the Seas, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process. Final payment is due by February 14, 2026, and failure to make final payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and loss of the deposit.

Cancellation is subject to the vendor’s policies regarding refunds, which may vary depending on the cruise line and services booked. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, and agent fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your participation in the wedding ceremony onboard, please notify us as soon as possible. Any fees paid for wedding services may not be refundable after this point. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Room assignments are subject to availability. While we will do our best to accommodate room preferences, Knot & Compass cannot guarantee specific room assignments. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and other travel-related issues. Knot & Compass is not liable for any travel costs incurred due to cancellations, delays, or other disruptions, nor are we responsible for any expenses that may arise due to changes in your travel plans. Travel insurance is not included in the price and must be purchased separately. It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they are adequately covered for any potential issues before, during, or after the trip.

All members of the group booking must adhere to the group’s deadlines for payments and cancellations. Changes to individual bookings may affect the group’s rates or benefits. Any changes to your booking must be made through Knot & Compass, and such changes may incur additional fees or affect the group rate. Participation in Shara & Matt’s wedding ceremony on May 16, 2026, aboard the Oasis of the Seas is voluntary, and any associated costs will depend on your booking and selected services.

It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they have the proper travel documents for the cruise and wedding ceremony. For cruises departing from or visiting international ports, a valid passport or an original birth certificate with an accompanying driver's license is typically required. While these documents are generally acceptable for travel, please note that using an original birth certificate and driver's license may not be accepted at all ports or for all travelers, especially for air travel. Additionally, travelers without a passport may face significant risks if they are stuck in a foreign port or need to re-enter the U.S. If you are unable to present a valid passport when required, you may be denied entry back into the U.S. or other countries, and you will be solely responsible for the costs and complications resulting from the situation. This can include additional travel expenses, delays, and the potential need for emergency travel documents. Knot & Compass will not be held liable for any resulting issues, costs, or inconveniences.

We strongly recommend that you verify the specific passport and travel document requirements for your cruise well in advance of departure to ensure smooth travel. We are not responsible for any denial of boarding, penalties, or other consequences that may arise from improper or incomplete travel documentation.

We are also not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the cruise or wedding ceremony, including travel-related issues.
